MIAMI, Florida (CNN) -- A Florida judge said Friday he is not sure courts in his state -- or in California -- have the authority to order Anna Nicole Smith's DNA samples turned over for testing in a paternity dispute.Larry Birkhead, one of several men claiming to be the father of Smith's 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn, filed legal papers requesting the samples. The child was born and lives in the Bahamas.
"As you begin the staircase, step one is jurisdiction," Broward Circuit Judge Lawrence Korda told Birkhead's legal team at a brief hearing.
The attorneys provided Korda with several legal opinions that they said bolster their argument that he has jurisdiction in the case.
Birkhead filed his paternity suit in California before Smith's death.
His attorneys claim that the California judge is asking the Florida court to release Smith's DNA samples -- collected by the Broward County Medical Examiner -- to Birkhead's expert.

What I think about this article is that all this people are trying to be the father of the little girl because of the money issue and on top of that the mother was never there for her until she passed away because of the money. That good that they're a DNA test on the little girl.I hope the best for the baby and i hope he father wants her for her and not for the money.

MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin (CNN) -- All Nathan Moore says he wanted to do was smoke pot and get drunk with his friends.
Killing Rex Baum was never part of the plan that day in 2004.
"It all started off as a game," Moore said.
The 15-year-old and his friends were taunting the homeless man -- throwing sticks and leaves -- after having a couple of beers with him.To me most young people don't know about thier actions until they go to jail or etc.Certain games are to violent to kids because they think they could do what the game does and it shouldn't be like that .Parents should be more careful of what they buy thier children they shouldn't just buy a game but a ceratin game..

This atricle what about Deep in the dusty, unlit corridors of Kenya's national museum, locked away in a plain looking cabinet, is one of mankind's oldest secrets. Turkana Boy, as he is known, is the most complete skeleton of a prehistoric human ever found. But his first public display later this year is at the heart of a growing storm -- one pitting scientists against Kenya's powerful and popular evangelical Christian movement. The debate over evolution -- once largely confined to the United States -- has arrived in a country known as the cradle of mankind.

AHMADABAD, India . A four-story boarding school collapsed in western India, killing at least 11 girls and injuring 14, an official said Saturday. The principal had said that the school needed to be repairs.Twenty-five children and six staff were inside the building when it came down. The local authorities order for an investigation for the the cause of the collapse.

What I think toward this article is that if the principal knew that the school needed repairs why did he still choice to leave the school open knowing that a dangers things could occur. Also knowing that those people could had pass away and nothing would bring them back .Imagine if everyone in the school was inside while the building collapse down do you know how much pain that would cause family's.

KANDAHAR, Afghanistan — At least 60 civilians were killed during Nato operations in a volatile southern area of Afghanistan this week, two government officials and a civilian .

What I think about this article is that not everything doesn't have to be violence for everything in this world because do you know how much lose thier love once for war.And how much kids lose one of thier parents over the violence that doesn't bring them back yeah it might be for country but do you really think battles and wars should be involve why cant they just but thier difference apart.
